Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

All HI-POD sales are final. If you have a defective warrantied HI-POD item, we will replace or repair that item at no cost to you.  The HiI-POD PRO unit has a 5 year warranty physical warranty.  Hi-Pod Lite comes with a 2 year physical warranty.  Other items packaged with the HI-POD (camera, lcd, batteries) have a 1 year manufacturers warranty. Cables have 1 year "wear and tear" warranty.

If your HI-POD is not working properly and is within the above warranty periods, we will repair or replace those items. If your damaged Hi-Pod item is outside of the warranty period, we can repair or replace that item for a nominal fee.


We ship to all addresses in the United States. If you are outside of the United States please contact us for information on the closest HI-POD distribution facility to you.

When you place an order, we will estimate UPS shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. All purchased items are sent UPS ground, unless specified by the customer

Please also note that the shipping rate for HI-POD units is a fixed rate. HI-POD parts or accessory items that we ship have a weight-based. rate. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. When the actual item is shipped from the HI-POD (Los Angeles, CA) warehouse, you will receive a confirming email with your UPS tracking information. This is to assist you in keeping close track with your product in its journey to you.

During your sport season (typically football) if you have a damaged Hi-pod item,  (such as a cable, camera, LCD or battery) we will do our best to get you the replacement part by your next game. but contact us early, do not wait until the day before the game. This will save everyone shipping costs. Also since time is of the essence in these repair matters, if we cannot identify the exact problem we may send more than one part. This saves time. But make sure you return the unused items, because YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR IT IF YOU DO NOT.
