This is the knob for Hi-Pod Lite tower tube collars sold before March of 2018.   It is the knob for the tube collars that hold the pole in position wherever they are set.  You would have a threaded hole with a metal insert which this knob pushes against the tubes to hold position.  

This knob will also work with all Hi-Pod GO systems, as the sizing/threading is the same.  

This is NOT the knob for the Lite base legs - the receiver is different (this is a male pin - the base legs are female).
